We make it easy to work with us. Using a consultative model, we seek to first understand your goals, propose solutions that fit within your budget, and provide a team to implement the strategies. You are in control while a team of professionals guides your decision-making.

It helps to have an idea of what you would like to accomplish. However, if you don’t, we can discuss your vision and help you to determine which services will help to achieve the goal.
2. Book a strategy session
During your initial, complimentary strategy session, a Consultant will listen to your ideas and provide feedback on the next steps to achieve your goals.
3. Review your proposal
Within 1-2 business days of the initial strategy session, you will receive a written proposal that includes the proposed services for your project and timeline. We will identify the best team members to work with you so that you can have the best experience possible.
4. Pay your deposit
If you are interested in moving forward, you can accept the proposal and estimate, pay your deposit, and we will provide the next steps to complete your project according to the proposed timeline. We require a 50% deposit on all projects over $500.00 and full payment in advance on all projects under $500.00. Deposits are non-refundable once we begin working on your project.
5. Work with our team to complete your project
We value your feedback and look forward to your thoughts and comments throughout the project. We want to ensure you are informed about the process at every stage and that we create a brand you and your community love. Using our client dashboard, you are able to review files, approve graphics, and ask questions. Our team responds to all messages within 24 hours, during business hours (9 am - 5 pm EST). Feel free to send a message any time, however, we only respond during our working hours.
